The Vieux presbytère de Batiscan is a historical venue and its mission is to conserve, showcase and give life to the heritage. Leasing a hall in this heritage site implies you need to respect some guidelines. Kindly read the 10 commandments of the lessee throughly to check if the venu is right for you.

Lessee’s 10 commandments

• No naked flame (candles, torchs, fireworks) will be accepted in the venues as well as on the premises. Free electric and rechargeable candles are lent for free.
• You cannot nail, glue or staple anything on the walls.
• You cannot throw confetti, flower petals, rice or anything similar.
• Children should always be under adult supervision.
• No animals will be allowed in the venues.
• Outside noise prohibition after 11 PM, and Inside noise prohibition after 1 AM. You must leave before 2 AM.
• Your caterer must be picked in an approved caterer list (See Lessee kit).
• The room preparation (assembly and decoration) must be done at the agreed time.
• Upon your departure, the venue must be free of any material that is not the property of the historical site.
• The deposit must be given upon signing the contract, and the full payment must be provided within 30 days of the lease date.
